DATA PROTECTION

LES INCROYABLES would like to draw the customer’s attention to the fact that the data collected when concluding the contract in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz, TMG) is collected, processed and used by LES INCROYABLES solely for the purposes of fulfilling its obligations under the purchase contract. In fulfillment of the contractual obligations, data can also be forwarded to authorized representatives and pursuant to Section 11 BDSG carefully selected partners (e.g. logistics companies).

The contractual text will be stored by LES INCROYABLES and provided to the customer together with the order information. Registered customers can access all previous orders in the secure customer area.

With the customer’s consent, the e-mail address and name used when registering for the newsletter are permitted to be used by LES INCROYABLES for advertising purposes until such time as the customer unsubscribes from the LES INCROYABLES newsletter.

All data is used solely for the stated purpose and is never provided to or shared with unauthorized third parties. 

DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION FOR PURCHASES ON ACCOUNT

DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION

In order to collect access statistics, when visiting the website the following information is recorded:

  • IP address,

  • the URL of the site accessed,

  • the referrer (previous page linking to the current page),

  • date and time of visit.

This information is used by LES INCROYABLES exclusively for internal purposes to collate access statistics and is never shared with third parties. In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, the customer has the right to find out, free of charge, which personal information is collected and, if necessary, has the right to amend, block or delete such information. Customers can object to the use of their data by sending an e-mail to info@lesincroyables.de stating the relevant IP address, as well as the precise date and time the LES INCROYABLES website was accessed. The relevant records will then be deleted from the protocol lists.

COOKIES

The LES INCROYABLES website uses cookies in order to make your visit more enjoyable and innovative and to facilitate the use of certain functions (e.g. shopping basket). Cookies are small pieces of data sent from a website and stored on a user's computer. There are two types of cookies.
